Q: How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our Menu page by adding your desired items to your cart and proceeding to checkout.

We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through our secure online payment system. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted for your convenience.

Cancellations & Refunds

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

Q: What is your refund policy?

Because our products are perishable, all sales are typically final. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, including a brief description and a photo. We’ll carefully review your case and do our best to make things right. Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, we offer convenient local pickup from our location.

Q: What are your delivery options and fees?

We offer local delivery within our area for a flat fee of $10.00. You can verify whether your address falls within our delivery zone at checkout.

Q: How far in advance do I need to order for delivery/pickup?

We require a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice for most standard orders to ensure freshness and quality.

Q: What if I’m not home for delivery?

If you are not available at the time of delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you. We cannot leave baked goods unattended unless explicitly instructed and you accept responsibility for their condition. Additional delivery attempts may incur an extra charge.

Q: Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Please be aware that most of our products contain nuts. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles various allergens. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend contacting us directly with any questions about our ingredients.

Storage recommendations vary by product. Generally, cakes and cupcakes are best stored at room temperature or refrigerated if they have cream cheese frosting. Breads are best stored in an airtight container at room temperature.

Q: Do you use nuts in your bakery?

Yes, we do use nuts such as peanuts, tree nuts, almonds, walnuts, and pecans in some of our products. While we practice strict allergen control, we cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment. Please inform us of any severe allergies when ordering.
